Affise Dashboard

As soon as the user logs into Affise, he is immediately taken to the dashboard page, which presents the main indicators collected from all the dashboard tabs.

Once there, the user sees a default dashboard from which they can create different types of dashboards depending on needs and preferences, customize them, and make them public or private.

The default dashboard can track clicks, conversions, Affise customer earnings, and earnings by currency.

A chart showing traffic statistics for the last 30 days is in the middle of the panel.

An Affise customer can easily log into the partner panel by simply entering their ID in the “Affiliate ID” field.

At the bottom left, you can check the current best affiliates and offers, a list of partners, and offers with the highest income.

In the “Notifications” field, the user can see the subject and a brief description of tickets from partners. To instantly access it, you need to click on it, and the user will be redirected to the “Tickets” section.

Statistics

Directly from the control panel, the user can go to the “Statistics” section to check the effectiveness of active partners and offers.

Offers

All information about the current status of advertisers’ offers or products can be checked in the special section “Offers”.

Available offers, the number of partners connected to each offer, the number of conversions generated by each offer for a certain period, and other useful data can be viewed here.

From the affiliate’s point of view, affiliate networks serve as a database of many offers and products that affiliates promote. Whereas in Affise, offers also refer to certain conditions under which products are advertised.

And here, in the “Offers” section, affiliate networks can set these conditions – add new offers and then track and edit them.

Offer settings

In the “General settings of offers”, you can specify the title, description, advertiser, traffic source, status, privacy level, rates (RS/CPA/CPI), release and stop dates, add logos and much more.

The next section is Tracking. The most important component of any offer is the tracking URL itself, without which the system will not be able to direct customers to the advertisers’ products.

In the Tracking URL field, affiliate networks place a link received from advertisers and add appropriate macros to set up integration. Here, if necessary, you can enable impression tracking.

Further, in the “Targeting” section, you can specify restrictions on the regions of traffic origin, configure mobile operators’ devices, connection type, and other parameters.

This is followed by the Postbacks section, where Affise clients take a postback URL or code snippet to integrate with the advertiser.

The next section is “Payouts”, where the user sets rates, selects a currency, determines the purpose and type of payment. You can customize everything individually for a specific device.

Partners

This is a directory of all network partners’ data about their activity. Through the “Partners” section, the user can download a list of partners, sort them into groups, edit them, assign managers, view statistics and other data. The “Settings” subsection contains several options for editing the use of the admin dashboard (standard system configuration, adding tracking domains, setting up email notifications, setting up back traffic configurations, security, and billing settings).
